After intense work, it’s time to sum up and build plans.
After analyzing the results of the past year, we marked our achievements and defined the potential for growth.
At present, a group of companies of TM “Vilia” are planning for 2017.
Classically – planning is a previously determined procedure which is needed to achieve the put aim.
Since we aim to achieve even better results next year, we plan, first of all:
- Plan of sowing of spring crops, taking into account crop rotations and market forecasts for the next season;
- Optimal purchase and use of mineral fertilizers and plant protection remedies;
- Schedule of equipment release in the spring and smooth operation during the year;
- The resources needed to ensure our work and the work of our partners.
People think that in order to get more, you need to work more. The point is that your earnings will not grow when you change your actions, but when you change your mind.
For example, let’s take the first spring spraying of winter wheat, it occurs in the peak of spring fertilization and sowing, and to unload the technique, we carry the herbicide protection in autumn. As a result, we have less loaded equipment, which provides the optimal work during sowing time.
It is the scrupulous planning of work for the long-term perspective that enables us to optimize the costs of material and human resources, from year to year to achieve better results, increasing the efficiency of management.
