VILIA opened a new seed plant in the village of Zvynyache

The new seed processing facility marks yet another investment by VILIA in the development of its own production and the quality of Ukrainian seed production. The plant, with a capacity of up to 10 metric tons per hour, was built to fully supply the company with its own seed, improve the quality of seed processing, and increase production output.

The plant handles the full seed processing cycle—from receiving raw materials to shipping finished products. State-of-the-art equipment for cleaning, calibrating, sorting, treating, and drying ensures high precision at every stage of production, while a high level of automation guarantees the continuity and stability of the manufacturing processes.

During the design of the complex, special attention was paid to the careful handling of seeds. All conveyor systems are configured to minimize mechanical impact on the grain and preserve its germination properties as much as possible. The new plant will fully meet VILIA’s seed requirements and serve as a reliable base for supplying high-quality seeds to farms in the western region.

This project is yet another confirmation that development is possible even in challenging times. Ukrainian business does not stand still; it continues to build, invest, and seek new opportunities for growth.
