Energy-efficient equipment: modern Bühler mill and fourth-generation energy-saving motors that automatically adapt to production capacity
In 2024, the use of solar power plants delivered measurable results, confirming the effectiveness of sustainable solutions:
264.46 MWh saved (11.04% of total consumption)
106.12 tonnes of coal equivalent saved
126.01 tonnes of CO₂ emissions avoided, equivalent to planting 173 trees
ISCC Certification
Since 2019, Volyn-Zerno-Produkt LLC has held the ISCC (International Sustainability and Carbon Certification) — an international certification system for sustainable production and carbon emission control.
The ISCC system was developed by an association in Germany and is recognized worldwide as a framework demonstrating compliance with RED Directive 2009/28/EC.
The ISCC certificate confirms that the company ensures proper use of agricultural land, complies with occupational health and safety standards, creates and maintains appropriate working conditions for employees, applies sound production management practices, reduces greenhouse gas emissions during both crop production and transportation
