
The winners of the competition «Taste of generations» were recognized (PHOTOS)

Our culinary traditions — is more than recipes. It is a memory passed down from generation to generation. Ukrainian cuisine is extremely diverse, and every time convinces us: we have something to be proud of and something to show the world.
The other day, the final event of the competition for territorial communities «Taste of generations took place in Lutsk. Traditions and recipes of flour dishes of Volyn, Rivne region, Lviv region, Ternopil region». More than 60 participants from different regions brought their most valuable recipes — authentic, local, filled with the spirit of their native land. The event became a real holiday of taste and traditions.
The winners of the competition, who conquered the jury with authenticity, skill and love for Ukrainian cuisine:
- 1st place — Folk folklore amateur collective «Pereveslo», Boremel community
- 2nd place — Taisa Ivaskiv, Mlynivska community
- 3rd place — Svitlana Polubinska, Lokachynska community
- 4th place — Maya Novosad, Horokhivska community
- 4th place — Khrystyna Litvin, Horokhivska community
Winners of special nominations that note the uniqueness, courage and special history of each dish:
- «The youngest hostess» — Milana Yakobchuk, 5 years old, Horokhivska TG
- «The most experienced hostess» — Vera Savonyuk, 71 years old, Zaturtsivska TG
- «Authentic ritual and culinary action» — Lyudmila Lebid, Pidgaitsivska TG
- «The richest flour menu of the competition» — Anna Muzychuk, Lokachynska TG
- «The most appetizing video presentation of the dish» — Oksana Loiko, Kivertsivska TG
- «Unexpected combination» — Svitlana Bugaichuk, Lokachynska TG
The most active communities that have shown incredible cohesion and submitted the most recipes:
- 1st place — Horokhivska community, 33 applications
- 2nd place — Demydivska community, 11 applications
- 3rd place — Lokachyn community, 7 applications
All participants received honors and gifts and had the opportunity to see the work of our flour milling complex from the inside. Active communities received useful gifts — equipment for preparing delicious dishes.
We sincerely thank everyone who preserves and transmits Ukrainian traditions, revives local recipes and supports our cultural heritage!
