Systematic Training - The Key to Success in the Field: A Master Class for Agronomists Was Held at VILIA

Bayer held a workshop for VILIA’s agronomy specialists on modern approaches to growing soybeans and sunflowers.
The off-season isn’t a break—it’s a time to strengthen our capabilities.
Our agronomists make the most of this period: they deepen their knowledge, analyze the results of past growing seasons, and refine the technical solutions that will be applied in the field very soon.
Today, Bayer held a workshop for VILIA’s agronomy specialists, focusing on modern approaches to growing soybeans and sunflowers. They discussed technical details, crop protection, and solutions that work in field conditions.
This is just one of the training events in a systematic training cycle for agronomists, organized in collaboration with leading companies such as Pioneer, Bayer, Berth Lesner, and Syngenta. The agronomists are focusing on technologies for growing corn and sugar beets, new hybrid selections, the use of innovative molecules (including Adepidin) in crop cultivation technologies, resistance management, growing crops without active ingredients banned in the EU, and developing a nitrogen nutrition strategy for winter crops.
We are convinced that a strong growing season begins long before we head out into the field. That is why we invest in knowledge, partnerships, and the professional development of our team—so that every technological decision is well-founded and effective.
We are working on tomorrow’s harvest today.
